One of the reasons we do not maximize our full potential is because we DON’T grieve! It’s an actual purpose killer! If you are holding a grudge towards someone, feel like you are not good enough or not capable of doing something that’s unfamiliar is rooted in grief! I know we often hear that fear is what keep us from taking risks. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the notion that fear was the major obstacle for not truly stepping out on faith. I started to focus a lot of my energy in the faith zone to learn how to maximize my full potential. I noticed that I would start and stop things without any given reason. I had a lot of great ideas to help people but, I wasn’t going all in.
I realized that my fear was rooted in grief. My grief became an author of my identity. Grief will remind you that all of your bad experiences were your fault, that your mistakes will be made again and that you are not good enough. Since grief is a silent reminder, my repetitious thoughts led me to create false stories about myself, therefore, limiting my potential. Once I began the healing process, my limitations were removed and then my behavior started to change. It’s time to heal so you can be free to explore your passion without fear! I have 3 dynamic women who will share how they used the power of grieving to fulfill their purpose! Listen to recorded show dated. Sunday, October 9th at 2 pm on Motor City Woman Radio Network.
